Production Process
The production of steel elbows according to GOST 17375-2001 (with bending angles up to 180 degrees) involves heating using gas or induction heating (high-frequency current). This heating process helps compensate for the high stresses arising during the forming of the parts.
Preheated blanks are stretched over a specially shaped mandrel using a press. After forming, while the product remains hot, it is calibrated to achieve the required geometric dimensions. Final mechanical processing includes trimming and beveling the edges.
Optional Features:
Elbows with a 90-degree angle that meet GOST 17375-2001 standards can be manufactured with galvanized coatings.
Polyurethane coatings can be applied upon request to ensure the protection of the products during long-term storage or transportation.
