Successful Delivery of Large-Diameter Pipeline Fittings for Natural Gas Transmission Project

Our team successfully completed the manufacturing and international shipment of a batch of large-diameter pipeline fittings for a natural gas transmission project.

Behind every oversized fitting is a story of precision, engineering and teamwork. Manufactured according to API 5L requirements, with high-strength steel grades including X56, X70 and X80, these critical pipeline components are designed to perform reliably in demanding operating environments and support the safe transportation of natural gas over long distances.

The challenge did not end at production.

Due to the exceptional dimensions and weight of the pipeline components, our logistics team developed a specialized transportation plan. Two 40ft Flat Rack (40FR) containers were carefully arranged, followed by professional loading, precise positioning and reinforced marine lashing and securing operations to protect the cargo throughout its ocean journey.

Every detail mattered — from the first weld in our workshop to the final securing point before shipment.
