Stainless Steel Profile Pipes: Customer Inspects Quality Before Shipment

This week, our customer visited our production facility to inspect the finished products before shipment.
As part of the order, we manufactured ground stainless steel 316L profile pipes for use in fence and railing structures.
Special attention was paid to surface quality. The pipes were ground to 240 Grit, providing a uniform matte finish and a clean, attractive appearance.
During the inspection, the customer checked:
- compliance of dimensions and quantity with the order;
- weld quality;
- the condition and uniformity of the ground surface;
- the absence of visible defects and damage;
- packaging quality and readiness for transportation.
For us, quality control is not just a final check before shipment, but also an opportunity to ensure that the finished products fully meet the customer's requirements.
