Wuxi Well Steel pays special attention not only to the quality of metal products but also to their proper, professional packaging. The way the product is packed determines its preservation during transportation, storage, and unloading at the customer’s site. We have developed a standardized packaging system that ensures maximum protection of coils and sheets from mechanical damage, moisture, and deformation.

The photos show stainless steel coils packed in several layers of protection:

1. Internal and external metal strapping

Each coil is secured with metal bands to prevent unraveling and shifting of the layers.

Strong steel edge protectors shield the ends from impacts during loading and transportation.

2. Moisture-resistant protective covering

The coil is fully wrapped in a laminated protective film.

The film prevents moisture, dust, and chemical particles from penetrating.

3. Reinforcement with wooden pallets

Each coil is placed on an individual wooden pallet.

The pallet structure ensures safe fixation of the coil and facilitates handling with lifting equipment.

4. Additional perimeter fixation

Reinforced straps are applied around the circumference to ensure stability during transportation.

This packaging system minimizes the risk of damage even during long-distance export shipments.
